Thread: Ground SS Plate supplier

Have a job that requires a plate of 303 stainless steel .375 thick x 10.00 x 18.00

The thickness (faces) of the part has a requirement of .005 flatness and a 32 RMS finish. I would assume / prefer that this would have to be ground.

Would any of you have a supplier you would recommend to supply this plate? They would need to supply material and grind to thickness. Edges will be machined later by me, so that is not a concern.

Any leads here would be greatly appreciated.
