Does anyone know the location of the X Axis Limit Switch on a Haas Mini Mill, before I start randomly ripping off sheetmetal?

On my 2015 minimill2 it is located backside of the table in the middle. I had to pull the sheet metal on the back of the table to get to it. Ended up with some chips on it that would not let the machine home. Cleaned those off and has worked fine since.

Try looking on the HAAS website. There may be a parts breakdown available there that will show you exactly where to look. It should also show up in the books that come with the machine.
