I just read that this company made a USB wifi stick that can be used on devices that can read mass storage, like harddisks or USB sticks, but dont support WIFI.
They aim at households with slightly older tv's, dvd's ect,
but, its most likely that you can put this stick in a CNC machine with USB and have wireless connection with a PC or server.
I didnt test it but it will probably work, and for 99,- it would be a quick and cheap solution.
