Help ID'ing vacuum pump filter bag

I have a filter bag that came out of a blower style vacuum pump on our older cnc router. Anyone have any ideas on where I can get a new one?

The bag is 11.5" dia x 13" deep, the flange is 0.5" slot width 0.15"

Whats the name plate say on the pump? IE maybe give us a few clues at least!

Rough rule of thumb, bag filters are readily available, custom rubber mouldings aint! Hence OEM may well be fastest - least hassle for this.

I have a smaller version of that filter, it's in cast housing made by Gast and attached to a regenerative blower:

I have attached some photos of the vacuum chamber of the pump. Its currently disassembled as we sent the blower out to be rebuilt.

Note: the pump has no tags to speak of so that option is out.

I also included the tag off the machine its associated with. However there is no indication that the pump came from the machine tool builder.

Unless someone recognizes this I will likely buy a drawstring type filter and have it sewn onto the original rubber.
