ID Groover Recommendations

Does anyone have a recommendation on an ID groover? Looking for .020 DOC, .070 width, .320 Pilot Holes. I'm using a PH horn right now, but I don't know how I feel about i and this is a long running job. Everyone has said Kennametal Top Notch, but I can't find one small enough.

You are sitting in the middle of carbide fabricator heaven.
More capacity and capability within 200 miles of you than anywhere on the planet.

Spec-Tool, Cole, Spartan, Knight, Wit-son, Olson, Clarkston, Posa Cut, Ram Star, and a least dozen others, not to mention myself.
Also a little place called Ceratizit on Stephens in Warren and another small outfit called Carboloy on Eight mile but they are not much into specials and will most likely job it out to one of the above.
Make some calls and get to know your local suppliers.
