Hi all, bought a used '99 BMC4020 a few months back, been a bit of a saga. Part of that was the DSP board went bad and sent the Z into the tool change arm and broke the end of it off. I'm thinking of machining out a section of the arm and making a new tool pocket end to fasten in. The replacement arm from Hurco has a very long lead time, and is not cheap. Haven't been able to find anything used on Ebay, etc. Before I go to the trouble of measuring and modeling it up, I thought I'd check and see if anyone else has been down this road and had dimensions they could share? It's the side mount 24 pot dual arm tool changer. Center distance between the pockets on the arm are roughly 19.125" Cheers,
