I have a 1.75 Ingersoll quad twist drill (QR0445134N7R02). Im looking for the dimensions of the coolant plug so I can make it. Cant tell if it is an NPT or regular thread. Pitch looks to be 2.0mm. A standard 13 pitch is close but doesnt fit as well as the 2.0. Minor is 1.105" contacted ingersoll and they gave me an edp# 6115498 but would give me no dimensions. I cant figure out what the thread might be. It fits into a 1.5" shank so if anyone could help that would be great...original part number is pf-0015

Are you referring to the "Th" dimension on this illustration? If so, Iscar spec's out that it is 3/4" NPT.

Already have 2 on order. Have 7 parts I have to push today. Not tomorrow. and Yes i am referring to that. Just made a plug based off the minor added the 2.0 thread pitch, threw some thread tape on it and it worked like a dream. Thanks anyways
