Issues with Tsugami Swiss SS220/SS32

Hey guys new here and new to the swiss life.
We have been having issues with our tsugamis for a while and it has everyone stumped.
We have have tsugmai out here and Fanuc along with private repair companies.
Our SS20 will just randomly shut itself off while running. It give no alarms or anything it will completely shut down and it trips the breaker in the power switch.

The ss32 gives us all kinds of trouble. It will do the same with powering down and when it does run we get coolant alarms all the time. We reset the flow sensor and it will run for a couple hours before it shuts off again for coolant flow.

The odd thing with our machines that no one has seen, They are made to run oil which they did for their first 8 years. We converted them to coolant.

Did the problems start after the switch to coolant?

Could be coolants getting in places it don't belong and causing problems.

We have considered that. The issue did begin after the coolant. But both machines were shipped about 200 miles from one shop to another and it rained that day lol. So it could be anything really, we just wanted to see if we were missing anything. They have been at this building now for about 1.5 years
