Default jog crashed/collided turret and subturret on Miyano BNC-34T help

Hey all, the repair guys just rebuilt the hydrualic actuator on one of our lathes, while I was jogging the axis and oiling them (it has been sitting for a while) I bumped the turret into the subturret (-X). Now, I cannot jog anything and have four error codes, [100 P/S alarm], [520 overtravel Z+], [417 servo alarm: X-axis digital parameter], and [427 servo alarm: z-axis digital parameter].

As if now the the two turrets are still crashed together, I am trying to "unlock" them. Any advice would be helpful, over manual is mising a lot of pages.

When in doubt turn the control and machine completely off for a minute or two, this should clear the servo alarms, once powered back up look for a "over travel reset button" or something to that affect, some builders use the estop reset button - try pressing and holding that in and then jog the axis in the opposite direction. The PS100 alarm should be able to be cleared by pressing the cancel and reset buttons at the same time - this alarm indicated your PWE is on. At the worst case you may need to powerdown the machine and back the ball screws off by hand.

    Just a couple of thoughts

any way of manually rotating one of the lead screws?
Power would have to be off, and hopefully you don't have brakes on the axis

Al 100 is Param Write enable is on, 520 is OT, I belive hard ie. on limit, as stated you could manually rotate off limit or look for OT Bypass switch. servo alarms indicate bad parameters. With PWE being on, did someone, by chance, try to change any parameters to defeat the OT etc.? If so, they need to be put back.

It is possible, I know the service guy was going through some of the alarms (300-310 machine alarms) to try to clear the machine alarm light. After I jogged the two turrets together, I could not move anything so I powered down the machine (operator side) and restarted while holding "P" and "cancel". While that cleared both the Machine Alarm light and NC Alarm lights, still cant move anything.

I think maybe the main turret jogged past it's limit switch somehow? I manually pushed it back some and the overtravel -X alarm came on, which is a good sign i guess.

Does anyone have a same or similar model lathe, or know where I can look for where the correct parameters should be?
