Looking far a back boring cycle "G87" for a fanuc control

I have a part that I need to do a back bore or reverse counter bore. I have used a "G76" but that was years ago. Can someone show me a sample? I am mostly looking for the shift parameter in the cycle.

Shift amount is set by "Q" value in either canned cycle.... only the orient position/direction is set by parameter to prevent dragging out of the hole.

example:

G87Z-3.R-4.5Q.1F2.

Sequence of events is:

1. Orient spindle.
2. Shift by Q amount
3. Rapid to R point.
4. Shift back to hole ctr.
5. Start spindle.
6. Feed to Z position (can be forward or back of R)
7. Stop/orient spindle.
8. Shift by Q amount.
9. Pull out.
