m3x BrBridgeport knee cnc retrofit help

This problem just started happening worked great then one morning as soon as we put power to or engage the axis all 3 axis go as fast at they can towards home but if u don't e stop it ASAP it goes past the limits to end of axis screw threads.

Try unhooking the signal inputs to the axis amps and see if it still happens. If not then look for a burnt or shorted wire, though why all would go at the same time is strange. It looks like analog amps with tach feedback. What brand of controller? Does the control come up with power off to the amps? Are there any error messages?

All three axis?

I don't know this control, but:

One axis would be a drive board fault[transistors can short closed etc]

All three would be the control telling it something

While serious, if they still support this control I'll bet it is not that hard for the manufacturer to troubleshoot

There is probably some signal transistor with some pull down resistor that keeps the thing from doing this very thing as it boots up
