Mazak integrex 30 alarm

Good morning all. We could use some help. Our shop just purchased an integrex 30. This is a new type of machine for all of us here. We just wired it up and we have an alarm we can get passed. Tool mismatched alarm. The turret and magazine are both empty. But the controller showed a tool in the spindle. Any help would great.

Machine thinks you are trying to insert a turning tool into the milling pocket or vice versa. This is based on tool data tables and what the proximity sensor is seeing at the tool chain.

We have a Mazak specific forum instead of posting these questions in CNC forum.

There is an easy to clear this alarm, goto the TURRET TOOL Window
This window is used to match the pocket No. (number on the turret) with the tool No.
on our machine it is under the diag then one of the soft keys.
