Mazak pallet locator epoxy?

we have an older Mazak FH-880 that they knocked the pallet locating pins off the machine. We replaced them and did the geometries now we need to insert the epoxy or what ever the hardening agent is. Does anyone know what this agent is and how to install it? Thank you, Lou

I don't think this is a DIY job. The locating pins have to be shimmed and checked against a master fixture to get the pallet flat in the clamped state.

Don't know how a Mazak is set up, but I've used this on Mori, Makino and Matsuura....

If the Mazak an "injection port" to fill the cavity then it will likely work for you.

Can you post a picture? I only have seen these on a Mori GV-503. They don't have any epoxy.
