Mazak qt25c index issues

I have a mazak qt25 Having trouble with a slow index and not completing movements checked all the lines relays solinoids and valves put a new main pump in due to low pressure at chuck now have good pressure at chuck and torrent but still bad indexing it's a single chucked single torrent any ideas would be great

Has it been working ok and just started acting up? Is this post crash? New to you machine?

Itwasrunning fine then had a bad crash today went and said to heck with it and pulled the torrent off and all the lines solinoids and valve body with index motor as soon as I pulled the housing apart bearing fell out of the shaft so found the problem thank you for the help

So in process of having searing delivered and doing a rebuild on index motor just glad it could be salvaged
