I have some 12mm wide od grooving inserts. Part number BP-472060. Below that is number 450-009112N14. I need a stick tool( for lathe) to hold it. Either 3/4 or 1.0 square, right hand. I tried their website but I swear it is soo hard to navigate. Any help with some part numbers would be appreciated.

I'm pretty familiar with Sandvik numbers and I don't recognise either of those as normal part numbers.

Can you post a photo of the insert? They might be customs but if I could see them I could probably point you to the right holder...

BP stands for Bear Paw.
Holders are BPGN or BPGR/L and in the top lock catalog but I'm not seeing your insert size listed.
Wait a minute....I thought you made toolholders in-house. :) And what happen to your old ones?

Obars,

I just purchased some holders based on gregormarwick ( thank you) info.

But I may be able to use those .590 wide groovers. Please drop me an email, use the contact us at maritool.com.

Thanks guys for your help.
