Our machine does not work correctly. Hydraulic system works, drives are ready, safety modules are ready.
When we start referencing only automatic tool changer is referencing with success.
The axis don’t move to the reference position. After a few seconds machine goes to manual mode, but we can’t move the axis manually too
Emergency stop safety relay is on. -> OK
Safety door safety relay is on. -> OK
E/R Modul is active yellow LED -> OK
MP10 for axis on -> OK
It does not activate axes WHY??? we do not know
Maybe one of you has a PLC backup, a working machine HELP
or what can be the problem
