Another TRAK Question.

We've got two TRAK bed mills at work that on both of them the spindle motor will drop out. One is a 3 axis AGE and the other is a 2 axis AGE. None of the other mills do have the problem. The 2 axis does mostly when rapiding between drill locations. Any ideas.

what do you mean by drop out. shut off. if it not a code issue you may have a bad conection (check cables for breaks and where they plugin) or board. Call SW Ind. http://www.southwesternindustries.com/swi/about.shtml

They've had SWI out to check the machines. Under warranty and they never could find any problem. The 2 Axis does with the button on the panel and the "pickle".
