On one of my training jobs here in Columbus, we tried to program radius, chamfer insertion on the 0IT control, the radius insertion worked fine.
When trying the chamfer insertion, it stopped and the alarm read:
Alarm 0224: Zero Return not finished.
Which of course had absolutely nothing to do with anything we were doing.
Any ideas at all?
I have done this on every Fanuc control since the 6T and it has always worked.
