Hello newcomer,
You haven't specified the form of the thread, but a 1mm lead thread is unlikely to have a thread height of 5mm (P5000). Your X start location of X100 and an X105 in the G76 block indicates that this thread is an internal thread. The control calculates where the Minor Diameter of the thread is by subtracting P5000 x 2 (P, the Thread Height, is a radial value) from X in the G76 block. Accordingly, a Minor Diameter of X95.0 will be the result; 5mm less than your X Start Location. Either fix the P address, or specify a Start Position less than X95.0

Regards,

Bill
