Hi, I bought this new machine Sodick VL400Q, It works good, but I have couple of issues if anyone can help. First thing is I can't send the programme to the machine directly from my PC. I am doing it with the help of USB now. It is time consuming as I need to remove the USB and save it for each and every programme. Another thing is the Water is not draining unless you enter the code T83 whereas my other Sodick machine(AQ325L) it drains once it stops on M00. I am using the same setting for both the machines. Can anyone help me in this. Thank you.

we have a VL600Q and use the Ethernet for sending programs. Our IT guy didn't have too much trouble getting it to work.
No you can not use a different USB to load programs to the machine.

As for the tank drain at a M00 use a string file so the machine also reads T83 and a M00.
