Threading a part in the sub-spindle using G92 canned-cycle. It seems to be sluggish or just stalls out for a bit between programmed X-depths almost like it's "searching" for the right spot to thread. Almost like a kid hesitating to jump into the double-dutch, to get the right timing, make sense?
Could this be a hall-effect type sensor issue? I can't seem to find any indication of a sensor in the manual. Just a "read head" bracket.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm currently running about 30 sec slower per-part because of the variance while threading. That times 5000 parts is, well, money lost.
