Suggestion for good tool grinder for G drills in brass?

I am looking for a source to make special G drills for high volume brass parts. A lot of people we have tried make ok tools for this but we have inconsistent tool life some tools may last 50,000 parts to 150,000 parts others last 1,000. Does anybody out there machine brass in high volume and have great success with a particular custom tool manufacturer? We are also in need of some form tools & reamers.

hitting constant life in mass production is a thing ...

i have experienced huge deviations, and those may be caused by material or by tool, as long as cnc is aligned and there are no ghosts

how i handle them :
... there are situation that appear sporadic, but they lead to downtime once a situation starts to repeat over a frequency that i am no more comfortable with, than i simple intervene
... testing tools from other vendors whenever possible

1:50:150 ... ratios looks prety off-the-charts; i would say that the setup may have too many variables ?
