    Translation:

That looks to be pretty high quality video for comming off of an everyday pc of hardware that folks seem to update annually = Less and less actual camera and video equipment sales.

    Ok Ox, yer cornfusin me
You actually think the video is of decent quality or is pretty decent for coming off the phone or was you being sarcastic?
I ask this only because I showed it to the MasterCam reseller and he was wishing it was better quality. If it was he'd put it on his website, at least I would get some exposure

Sorry - one time in my life that no sarcasm was intended...

It may suck for someone with high $ gear, but it sure looked and sounded good to me for comming off your "phone" thingy.

Thanks for the clarification Ox, the vids were afterthoughts and I really didn't think they'd work. Guess I was wrong eh.

THAT, was cool. How did the endmill look after the 2 parts??? I do a lot of 303 (no brainer) and 304 (somewhat like 316??) Can't seem to find a decent SFM chart for either

after 1 part endmill/part finish showed no signs of wear. after the second part endmill still looked good, some signs of wear in endmill and finish, started the third part 4"s in and orange chips started to fly so i bailed and swapped it out. but overall endmill is still in pretty good shape, tialn started to wear. I'll keep it around for a low speed roughing job with coolant.

303 stainless is butter. i run the same speeds/feeds for 304 & 316, it cuts the same imo.

6lbs of material removed in just under 7 minutes
endmill was swapped out at 20 parts beacause chips were coming off orange, and
e/m was glowing red in the middle of the cut, didnt want to have to dig carbide out of the part.
    20 pcs * 6 lbs= 120 lbs of material, with a $60.00 endmill, in just over 2 hrs
Found the video, now,,,,,dang it, it's a quick time vid.
