wrong offsets

I have a haas TM 1 and no matter what i do i can't get my offset correct. i have tried to change all my poffsets and started fresh and I still can't get my machine to intuitive ocket milling mode any ideas?

WAG: if changing them doesn't work or do anything, then maybe you're forgetting to call for the offset in the program: the G43 H words should appear somewhere shortly after your tool call.
