Turret problems

I have a SQT-15 MS with a Mark-2 turret. At each turret index there will be about a 4 second delay in the turret clamping into final position. Any suggestion ?

Check and see if the "in position" signal is on for that tool position. If it is, check the clamp signal and coils. If that all checks ok, look at the mechanical alignment of the turret coupling. It could be trying to clamp down at an angle if it has been knocked off.

What error message displayed ?
Check & adjust the high speed & low speed flow control valves so as to reach turret position in alloted time.
