Where to machine Hastelloy or Monel parts

Hi guys,

I am located in Canada (Quebec) and I have to CNC machine (turning) parts in Hastelloy C276 an Monel 625. Do you have any recommendation for a place to make these parts? I would like to stay in Canada please.

The parts are pretty small (less than 2in diameter and about 6-8in long). The tolerances are rather tight and threads must be go-nogo tested.

Look for a member on here that goes by the name implex - his name is Marcus. He has a wealth of knowledge, and may be just the guy for you...

Check your specs again about Monel. Your post said Monel 625. I'm not aware of a grade of Monel called 625. There is an Inconel 625, though, which machines slightly more difficult than Hastelloy C276.
