Default BIG Kaiser at IMTS 2010

The 28th International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) was held last week at Chicago’s McCormick Place and PraticalMachinist was there. With more than 1,100 companies exhibiting and close to 100,000 visitors in attendance it was an exciting week for the industry.

PracticalMachinist was able to check in with some of our advertisers who were exhibiting at the show.

BIG Kaiser featured a very interesting game in their booth, requiring people to decide whether a stated “fact” was a truth or a misconception about BIG Kaiser products and the company in general. One of the “facts” was that BIG Kaiser is only a boring tools company – walking through their booth at IMTS is all it took to see this is a big misconception. While they do have an impressive lineup of boring tools they also have tool holders for CAT, BT, HSK, and Capto, as well as presetters and micro-tools.
