any suggestions for new or repaired bellows?

Both the right and left side x axis bellows need tlc or replacement.

What is the best way to go about repairing or replacing them?

Order some in China
I always do
They look good You need to make a drawing showing the steel endplates and the PVC support plates
Then mention minimum and max lenght
It can take a couple of weeks

Drawing can be as simple as this

PVC supportplates and steel endplates all get lasercut
The best is to drill the holes in the support plates yourself using the old ones as a template
These are hard to measure sometimes

It happend I asked for a quote for 3 sets of bellows for a Metba MB2 yesterday I got a offer just now For the X-axe and Z (with SS pivoting covers) Total of €350 including shipping With import duties it will be less as €400,-
Perhaps I get a discount beeing a dealer
And yes they did deliver wrong ones sometimes But in Spain at the OEM one set of X-bellows costs about the same Shipping not included
