On another thought about using that Alexender Unit ! I had just seen a PM art. on that Item ! Seems that there is a different Gear Angle As I recall the Alexender has Apx. 20.1 and the Deckel has Apx. 14.5 angle on there gear angle---- there almost the same and seems to go in and mess!"""" But Danger in that setup ! """" I'll see if I can relocate the Item or you can put in a search for the "Long Drive Gear" and if fould will PM you.
Jon

Default KDK holders

Yea i know this is not Euro mill parts, but i would like to give the posters on this group a shot here.
Went to an auction on Thursday and in a Lista cabinet i bought i also got 3 KDK tool holders.
They are: 1 KDK-206-1 rather large holder with 1 slot in the long axis and cross slots at each end. Takes 1" tools
1 KDK-156 Same as above but for smaller tools ans somewhat smaller overall. Takes 5/8 tools it seems.

1 KDK-119 Holder that accepts 5-c collets

This is a package deal ya gotta take the lot.

They are free but for the cost of shipping.....Would like these to go to someone who can/is going to use them...
PM me if interested.
Cheers Ross

Default FS Deckel FP4

I think this can be of any interest for Deckel enthusiast since those machine are not so common.

There’s a Deckel FP4 for sale in adds around Montréal,Qc. The asking price is 10000$ can. The machine is looking good but I don’t know if it’s a good price.

I did not post a link to the add since it’s in french. If there’s any interest I can post a translation.

Default FP2 Slotter for sale

I'm reposting this as I now have pictures of the slotter.

I have an FP2 slotter for sale. unit is in good condition. pics show as being rusty which it isn't, just didn't bother to go to town with the scotch brite to get the light staining off

i'm looking to get $500 US for it. for an additional $50 i'll crate the item for you and ship it from the US side via a method of your choice. shipping costs are not included.

pick ups are always welcome, I'm located next to Niagara Falls. take the wife, leave her at the casino, come get the slotter and take her for a nice dinner near the falls. she might not even complain about the new slotter

pics are located here: http://gallery.me.com/nathan.griff#100008

Default 1984 FP4NC with Siemens 3M as is or in parts

I am selling a 1984 FP4NC with Siemens 3M.
The machine HAS NO TABLE !
Is has the enclosure, but all the top parts are missing, the tub is fine.
Has regular head with quill, right side panel is fine, left side panel needs to be fixed, electronic handwheel (Dialog unit, but works also on Siemens), old type Bosch amplifiers.
Siemes control with perfect front panel (all markings perfect, but one button missing). Includes parameters.
Machine is extremely dirty, but supposedly has worked exclusively aluminum (claim supported by layers of chips).
Machine was running 2 weeks ago I am told, but I have not seen it run and I can not run it right now. May make it run in the future.
If you are interested in any part of this machine please mail me.
If anyone wants the complete machine, I would have to rent a forklift for loading ($180).
Machine is near Huntsville, Alabama.
Think about what you may want and mail me with questions, but I can only start work on the machine after August 15th.

Martin

PS: I can ship stuff for free to central Germany in late August.

I just posted my change lever machine in the for machinery for sale section with pictures. This was the John Collins machine that was out in Alpine. I have used it on one job that played out and have a big saw on the way that needs the spot it is in. This is a good way to get a workable Deckel for a reasonable price.

Default Deckel FP3L for sale

For sale:
I am selling my round dial Deckel FP3L that I have had for the last 5 years. The serial number is 1190. The hour meter on the side states 1600 hours of use. I believe that it was made in the 1970's

The machine is in great shape, has the original paint, the ways seem to be in great shape.

I've gone over it with a fine tooth comb, including looking in the gear boxes, and the only flaws that I've found were a few small chips (~1 or 2 mm) on the corner of two of the drive gears. I suspect that this is pretty common with these machine when people try to shift gears without stopping it first. I consulted with members of this board on this and the general consensus was to not worry about it. I drained the gear boxes to make sure that there were no metal chips in the oil.
Happy to supply more/better pics or whatever else you need.
If you want to look up posts on this machine (they're pretty old so may not be in the board anymore) look under the username "stev"
Looking for best offer over 3500.
Thanks,
Steve

Default Optical rotary table

I bought this a few years but have never even taken it out of the crate. Was going to put it on an LK jig borer that turned out to be a lemon and is long gone. Price 700 USD.

It has the manual (in German), the cable for the light, and the angle plate and rod for lifting. Table surface has a few odd looking scratches in it but no machining marks, seems to be in good if a little dirty shape.

Hi there everyone.
I have a FP4NC (1985) machine w/flip head, 6000 RPM, rigid table, recently rebuilt motor, transformer, 3M control w/maxed out memory, that I am thinking of selling. it could use rebuilding as the ways are worn and the conical spindle gears have excesive backlash because of wear. My question is am I better of parting it out or selling it outright? thanks for your opinions in advance.
