MV Junior Fanuc 10M powered down with ATC arm not home, pot down and the agony begins
Powered back up error code 19 (empty pot not found) and error code 36 (machine ready off)
Raised pot and put arm back home manually.
Would not go in MDI mode.
Since the machine had been dormant for so long, we decided to replace the batteries (good call some were corroded) and also to dump the entire memory.
Upon re-entering the OP#'s we got to the IPL menu and when pressing 6 we had PC errors, PC040 "PC Error" and PC500 "watchdog alarm".
It's stuck, is there a prox switch out of sync?
Thanks for any help you can offer.

I have an older MV Mori and no experieince with your machine, but spent lots of time learning how to fix mine. On mine it has hydraulic and electrical controls. In a nutshell, when everything in the toolchanger is parked back in the home position- However I manage to get it back in order- I still have to reset the toolchanger in progress parameter to bring the machine to a ready state and in many instances I will have to check the pot adresses to ensure the tool numbers are still correct.
If your 10M uses PC parameters for pot addresses and toolchanger process control that may be part of your problem?

Thank you for your input and I do agree you are on the right track. The problem as it currently is being that I am unable to get past the PC codes to get into the controller.
Any ideas on clearing or getting past those codes/alarms?
