1998 charmilles form 2 sl ram issues

Greetings, First timer here. I recently powered up our sinker edm for the first time in over a year. I set up, pressed the "crash protection" button and pressed down on the remote to send the ram down to find the part. Ram touched and the buzzer went off like it's supposed to, I zeroed the dro and pressed the up button to bring the ram back up. It wouldn't budge. I finally turned it off and manually brought the ram back up. Now when I turn on the machine the ram slowly moves down and the stability leds are pegged on red. If I press up on the remote the ram stops. If I press down it goes down faster. Ive checked the transformers and they all seem fine. I'm thinking it's one of the boards, but I'm not sure which one. Thank you
