Hi guys, sorry to make 2 threads one after the other.
Where i work we are running 3 Creator CR-5 manual Die sinkers.
The problem we have is our machines are running approx 18hours a day high removal rate (60amps) with carbon electrodes.
We have a large problem of coal black fluid, and huge silt/sludge buildups in the work and holding tanks. We are looking into other options of filtration as at a drain/clean we dump upwards of 100litres out of 400 due to it being just straight thick gluggy sludge.
We are looking into different types of filtering and are willing to delete the existing inbuilt filter pots to make external filter canisters to suit new types.
Any input is much appreciated.
