Hello, hopefully somebody can help me. I have a customer who recently purchased a new genuine V Axis Linear scale for their Robofil 290. The local agent is being a bit of a pain and is refusing to install it because it wasn't directly sourced from them.
Does anyone have any information on if there needs to be anything special done other than a straight forward remove and replace? (Calibration? Anything needing to be done through the control etc?).
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
(Note - customer is in Australia and there are probably no more than 40 Charmills WEDM's in the entire country.)
