AGIECUT Progress V2 wont start the DA after boot up

the machine is a AGIECUT Progress V2 2008 spec and after starting the machine from a full shutdown or when the compressor shuts down i cant start the DA back up sometimes it throws an error up saying 'level controller fails to move (opening of damper or SL30)' or sometimes it just says 'fails to execute command due to interferance of command' any advice will be hugely appreciated

DA problems

I have the same problem every so often.
Remove the cover over the top of the water bellows on the right hand side of the tank. There you will see a solenoid valve with a little stem sticking up. Depress this stem and at the same time turn your DA pumps on. This will start your water.

Progress

It will be a sticky solid value or YV valve within the DA system, the progress is a good machine, I know this as spent time designing it whilst at Agie.
