I bought a lot of grinding wheels for a TP grinder, in the batch were some 3" wheels made of material like phonilic material. They are Bay State wheels so the company is OOB. The numbers on the wheels are A 80 116 FA2 . I assumed the A meant Aluminum Oxide, but they are not. On steel they made a nice finish but little DOC, it was too much for the motor, on Al and brass they are awful. These are 3" wheels, don't know what else would use them.
The second is also a 3" wheel, black coarse grain 3A 30 N6 BA2, worked okay on steel, but seemed to load quickly, awful on AL and brass.
