Thread: New EXERON 316

Hello,
today instalation new EXERON 316 spark machine in EDM job shop from Czech rep..Large,long,big :-)

Exeron | EDM 316 / 316 XXL

Now we have a complete line of machines EXERON + HSC machine HSC300 and wire-cut FANUC.

Congrats, I can be honest and say I have never seen one in person, but I can tell you I have talked with the Exeron people and they have been very willing to help with the support of an old Deckel EDM. I can only imagine the support will be excellent.

Seriously!! I believe the machine is meant to be dropped into a pit and be floor level. Then it might not look as big lol..

We europeans :-) do not have big cars and machines do not give into the hole,not of this size :-)

I look at one few years ago but the decided for Agie and Mikron
May I ask how are you satisfied with EDM and milling (are you doing graphite electrodes on it)?

For Matjaz,
We are very satisfied, so we buy more of the same brand and support from Germany is excellent.Electrodes have milled yourself and the machine-Exeron DIGMA I am very satisfied.Machines AGIE not meet us from the beginning for its extensive maintenance and small support sellers.

Work for this machine are hydro turbine.

Wow... that is a huge EDM, doing some very cool work.
