Portable on-site hole-popper service?

I have a potential project involving adding additional lube passages in a large hinge pin at the base of a crane. We'd like to machine in situ, as taking the crane off-line for more than a couple of days would potentially cost millions in lost time. Extracting and replacing the pin would likely take weeks. The holes would be around 0.25" dia by 6" deep, stepping down to 0.125" dia for an additional 2". The holes would enter from the end faces of the pin at odd angles. Does anyone know of a portable machining service company that has the capability? I am not wedded to EDM, but the holes will exit at the ID of a hardened bushing, and cannot wander badly, so I figured EDM would be better than mechanical drilling.
