Z axis reference on a robofil 330f

We have a robofil 330f. After powering it on this morning we found that the z axis will only move a few inches before alarming out. I have had the same problem on our robofil 310 and did axis setup for the z and that fixed the problem. I cant figure out how to do it on the 330f with the different control. Anybody have any info on this? Thanks
 
I've seen this condition precede our need to replace an axis motor on a Robofil 500, as well as on two RoboForm 20s. Once our machines demonstrated the problem you described... the motors quit hours later. We'd re-reference the machine and restart the operation only to repeat the problem. Sorry I can't be more optimistic. When you figure out the problem can you post what you did to fix your problem here?
