I have a turkish built 3 roll machine I bought from Comeq, and I like it. I have had it for over 20 years now, no issues aside from the plastic handle we knocked off with the forklift. Made a new one out of stainless. I frequently push it beyond its stated capacity, and it just keeps rolling.
Cant speak to the 4 roll machines, but generally speaking, I would favor the Turks over the chinese stuff that Baleigh and Lemas sell. Better built, better electrics, a bit more money, but still dirt cheap compared to something like a Roundo, or even an Italian machine.

Roundo went belly up last year, but Trilogy Machine says they will continue to offer parts and support. Roundo Bankruptcy
I am using a very old set of rollers 3 roll initial pinch, manual adjustment slip roll, 10 ga capacity. Need more power and finer adjustment, shapes are pretty eccentric
