There is somebody else on there complaining about the site but I'm not having any trouble. Routing tables get messed up sometimes....

I am not good with computers. How do I restart my router? I can get to any other site I want to, just not that one.

If you're at home it'll be the box that goes to the cable or phone line that your computer is hooked too. Just unplug it and plug it back in normally will restart it and let you get to places it's forgotten about.
If you're at work you'll need to talk to whoever takes care of your computers.
You can call your provider (phone or cable company) and they should be able to help if you're uncomfortable with this stuff.
