Set-up Dynasty 200 for 220 or 3 phase?

It would be cheaper for me to set up the welder for 3 phase since i already have an extension cord and plugs. I have a American Rotary 7.5 HP RPC which looks to have a max load of 22 AMPs.

The max amp input at 3 phase for the Dynasty is 13.7 amps.

I don't think i'll have a problem in the amp department. Is there any disadvantage to using a RPC for TIGing?

Thanks

With a valuable machine like that, why take the chance on second hand advice? fwiw I go straight to Miller for all my technical questions about my 200DX...it's as easy as picking up the phone

Happy New Year
