Hi,
I need to fabricate a pneumatic lamination machine, in which top and bottom rollers are in active motion, I don't have an idea of how to make the gear, so that we can adjust the spacing between rollers pneumatically
You will need two additional gears or a chain drive. The gears or sprocket will need to be on an adjustable link to compensate for the difference in center distances.
Probably better to drive the rollers with hydraulic motors, both running from one pump ...this will provide a differential drive effect with equalized torque to both roller, and simplify mounting.
