Thread: tooling and drill recommendations?

New Haas VF4 on the way and will start off mainly drilling holes in Aluminum and stainless Pipe & tubing and looking for recommendations on what tooling and drills to by to get started.

Aluminum - 2 3/8" x 2 3/8" x .125 Sq Tube . THis tubimg has a baked enamel paint finish on it and would prefer not to have to use a protective film to protect from the drilling process.

Stainless - 1 9/16"x 1 9/ 16" x .085 Sq. Tube

Hole sizes - 29/64", 3/16", 1/4" 5/16"

Any coolant recommendations ?

Any advice on sizing, manufacturer, type , etc would be appreciated.
