Replacement of Bridgeport boring head micrometer screw

Recently I bought a Bridgeport NO.2 boring head that has the micrometer screw boogered up. There is nothing wrong with the threads and the boring head works just fine. The micrometer dial has came off the screw at some point and someone drove a center punch between the socket head cap screw part of the micrometer screw and the micrometer dial (the part with the numbers) so the micrometer dial would stay on. It works fine functionally, it just looks bad and it may come loose some time in the future and become lost. I could make one or I could probably tig it on or epoxy it, but I would prefer to have a new one if at all possible. I apologize for the description of the parts, I'm having one of those days that I can't remember what anything is called. I doubt it but are Bridgeport NO.2 boring heads still produced? Where can I find a replacement?

Lets bring this question up one more time.

Is the shank on a Bridgeport #2 boring head replaceable? Where can the part be found?
