need info on barber colman #3

I just pickup a barber colman#3 for a job i am going to run. i am unfamiliar withthis machine and i am hoping someone has some info on it. or could anyone help talk about setting up the machine.

Babbin sells a manual on Ebay for it. I may have a copy I can send.

Also Lindsey publications has an excellant book on hobbing. Much pertinant info as I remember.

I believe Colvin and ? was the author. I just checked Lindsay website. Not there.

I will check the shop for the manual. Do you have the single or triple index? Vertical feed attachment? Full set of change gears and hobs?

i would say no. i have the machine that was taken from a place that was running it. they kept everthing that was not bolted to the machine. it was setup and cutting so it has one gear on it. i am unfamiliar with it so i would have to see a pic to be sure.
