I need the demensions of the 2 100 teeth gears used on a clausing 100. Clausing still sells a replacement for $344. It is a 16 pitch 14 1/2 deree gear. I need the bore size and keyway and bushing size. I need the change gears but I can also make them.

I think you definitely need someone who has the same model of lathe.

Is it possible to reverse-engineer from the shaft centerline distances and the shaft diameters you already have? This might be a frivolous question but I thought I'd ask.

The 100 tooth and the 25 tooth that go on the quadrant has a 1/2x13 bolt through it with a bushing with a key to lock the 2. I don't know the gear bore size or the bushing length the bushing bore would be 1/2. Would be nice if I knew someone with this old model mfg 1940 that was close enough to visit. Someone had converted this lathe to a belt drive instead of change gears. and used it for wood turning.
