    Hi

I am looking for a deburring cutter for deburring the back side of a hole.
I remember see adds for 1 type, it had a shank and then it had a half spere with flutes cut on the half spere that is just for doing this type.

would anyone know of the tool/ maker I am taking about?
    thanks

I have used a tool called a Cogsdill chamfering tool on the inside of some "UN-burrable" holes that worked WELL. It has a spring loaded blade that passes thru the hole, and the blade pops out to chamfer "deburr" the back side of the hole.

I use a tool from Heule called COFA. They are fairly expensive, but the blades last a long time. If you decide to get one of these, I can provide you with the G code to deburr both sides fast...
