Anyone make heli coil thread inserts in 1/2-28 and 5/8-24?

I know these are fine threads but I was hoping someone would make thread insert for them??

Extra fine is hard to find.

Have you thought about using an EZ lock insert and threading the ID for what you need. Find a metric pitch that is close and run your extra fine tap through it a few times for a clean thread.

Or make your own using a course thread grade 8 bolt for the od and drilling and tapping your inside threads. Use locktite to hold the OD in place, or use a small drill do drill along side your insert and tap a SS small diameter rod to pin it in place.

I'll check out the EZ lok I hope they make the extra fine threads. Look like exactly what I want as long as they make what I need.

I dont want to make my own since I need some thing fast I wont have time to make my own very cost effectively.
