A Cylinder of R22, weight now 12 lbs. How much freon is in cylinder? Im guessing these cylinders are a standard weight and Id like to know what that weight is to determine freon left in cylinder. A guess would be 7 lbs of freon, but I dont know.

Its been awhile since I used a 30 lb can but if I remember rigth a 30 lb can with the box is 36.4 Lbs with the seal still on the can. But I could be wrong I usually buy 100 lb cans nowadays. By the way stock up now the price is gonna jump the first of the year.
