Have one of the old 1.5 ton heavy ones built in Japan from flame cut plate instead of stamped tin.

Sears does not recognise the 328.12001 Model number.

Need a seal kit for cylinder.

I did it in trying to lift the barn to replace the rotted sills :D

Hi johnoder,

I got a cup and some packing from a supplier here in Longview that is call Crown Supply. They have lots of o-rings, packing material, and cups made out of several different materials. Leather, rubber, plastic, nylon, etc. You will have to do the work.

Or as the other poster commented, take it to a jack re builder.

I think I repaired my 2-ton floor jack the last time for around $10.00.

I have a 328.12002 (also 1.5 ton). Has to be at least 25 yrs old. Don't know what, if any differences between the two. I have the original owners manual and it gives a number for the power unit, part# 1511. It doesn't break down the unit any further than that.

I've got one of those old 1.5 ton Sears jacks also that was made before the whole world started going to piss.

When mine stop pumping a few years ago it was just a standard o-ring in the pump assembly that needed to be replaced.

Good luck, those are definitely worth fixing.
